M40 Southbound

• Come off at junction 11 of the M40 and take the fourth exit towards Banbury on the A422.
• At the next roundabout you need to take the first left onto Ermont Way.
• At the next roundabout (with an Esso petrol filling station on the left hand side) go straight over continuing along Ermont Way.
• At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Overthorpe Road and then take the first onto the Overthorpe Road Estate.
• Continue down the Overthorpe Road Estate and the John Nicholls Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom will be on the right hand side.

M40 Northbound

• Come off at junction 11 of the M40 and take the first exit towards Banbury on the A422.
