Sponsorship

Banbury Rugby Football Club and John Nicholls are delighted to announce a substantial sponsorship agreement that is targeted to help grass roots rugby in the local area.

The majority of sponsorship is being used by the club to employ a Schools Liason Officer whose remit is to visit local schools, take a training session with the pupils and focus on raising the profile of rugby within the North Oxfordshire area.

The John Nicholls logo will appear on the away strip and its corporate identity will be promoted at the home ground and through the match programmes as well as being on the kit of the schools liason officer.

“The club has gone through some tough times of late and is still here mainly due to the efforts of it’s many volunteers. The rugby club epitomises community spirit in Banbury and we, as a local company and employer, want to play our part in giving something back to the local community.” David Hebdon, Operations Director.

This is the second major sponsorship John Nicholls has entered in to and continues their commitment to supporting local organisations through sponsorship.
