Hi team, we have recently bought a bathroom through your Towcester store at the Bell Plantation. I just wanted to highlight the work of Chloe, who has been so helpful throughout the whole process. We sought quotes from multiple providers and no one answered their emails quicker, provided more information or was more helpful than Chloe. She was the reason we ended up going with John Nicholls. This continued throughout the whole process where she regularly answers emails, even when she is out of the office or on holiday, always responding to help answer our questions. Genuinely good customer facing people are hard to come by and her efforts deserve some recognition.
